~ "The Hill" is giving officers trouble again. ~

The county vice commitie has information that " The Hill " has come to life again after a period of suspended animation while " The King " took an enforced vacation at Kankakee and while Uncle sams liquor ban was on.

The commitie learned that aquantity of liquor was delivered on " The Hill " yesterday.
Also that a man was robbed of $80.00 out there the other day. He raised such a squaw's, how ever that he got $60.00 of it back and consequently did not make complant.

The county crusaders are keeping a close watch on the neighborhood and developments may be expected at any time. At 50 cents or thereabouts a drink a little has to go along way and the stuff is said to be doped up to meet all requirements alone that line.
